SUGAR

      Pharma sugar manufacturing Process is triple refine process using DEFECO - REMELT Process as intermediate stage and ION - EXCHANGE Process_as final stage of refining. This process ensures that we do not use sulphur at any stage of sugar manufacture for bleaching sugar syrup. This is one of the reason why only we are able to satisfy European Union Standards of Sugar and IP standards on Sucrose(Certificate available on request)

Some of the salient and unique features of our pharma sugar (Certified Sucrose I.P.) is :-

1. Non-Acidic product - All other sugar when dissolved produce acidic syrup because of excessive chemicals which are used during manufacture and get carry over. whereas our sugar when dissolved in water produce neutral syrup.

2. Sucm free & Sparkling solution :- All other sugar when dissolved produce hazy solution and scum or precipitant on boiling whereas our sugar solution will remain clear, scum free, sparkling white solution.

3. Whitest of all :- Being purified by the state of the art technology our sugar gives a colour index of less than 20 ICUMSA, which is not achieved by any sugar in India and achieved by very few internationally
